ONLINE APPLICATION FORM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: <\/strong>Scan the QR code or click on “REGISTER NOW” button and fill in the online membership form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> After you have fill in all the blanks and check that all information is correct, please click the SUBMIT button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember to denote your payment by typing \u201cROSE MEMBERSHIP\u201d at the reference box.<\/em><\/strong> Once that is done, please email to us at my@sarawakrose.org your proof of payment\/receipt and refer to your NAME and MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
