PACA stands for Polling Agent, Counting Agent. PACAs act as impartial, independent agents who will serve as an observer - the eyes and ears in every polling station and polling stream. You will observe the Election Comission (EC) personnel and ensure everything is done in strict accordance to the law. It is not difficult to be trained as a PACA. ROSE will give you the relevant training, after which you are free to volunteer as PACAs with any political party of your choice. If you are unsure, we can help you with placement.
